Job Description:
1.Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements; using job boards.
2.Cold Calling Passive Job Seekers.
3.Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity.
4.Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites.
5.Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
6.Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
7.Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates;
8.Using candidate databases to find the right person for the clients vacancy;
9.Interacting with managers and closing the requirements.

Desired Candidate:
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
Candidate should be comfortable working 6 days a week i.e. Monday to Saturday.
Candidate must possess good listening skills, Marketing skill, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability
