Job Title: Presales
Job Description: Incedo is looking for a professional who will solve business problems for our clients, and then taking them to market (i.e., proactively selling them). To execute this strategy, we are looking for an experienced professional with a background and expertise of having worked in Financial Services.
The candidate will work independently (but closely with the Head of Financial Services Solutions and the FS Sales Team) to support analysis and design of our business solutions, manage our solution/ framework client demos and related client communication and conduct financial services industry research. S/he will also be responsible for designing our pre-sales collateral such as videos and brochures, forming and disseminating our point of view using white papers and blog posts (in support of our sales activities) and other participate in business development initiatives.The Solutions team at Incedo is a part of the FS Sales group, and is responsible for contributing domain expertise in financial services to all our activities.

The role is an offshore role (Mumbai-based), but might require domestic and possibly international business travel (short term only, for now).

Primary Skills:
• Experience in business analysis – requirement analysis and documentation, including experience of working with wireframes
• Experience of having worked in one or more of the following areas in financial services – card / digital payments, wealth management, brokerage, corporate banking
• Alternately, experience of having worked as a BA in one or more of the following functional areas – marketing, sales, compliance
• Comfort with data and all things functional
• Experience of having worked in direct client facing roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Expertise in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

Secondary Skills:

• Experience of having worked in the SDLC, and a robust understanding of how the SDLC works
• Experience in any of the following technology area will be considered a big positive – analytics, big data, mobility

• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Comfort with working in new areas, with no previous experience in that area
• Ability to / experience of having worked with tight deadlines
