Job Title: Manager-Marketing
Job Description: Incedo is looking for a Marketing Manager for our organization who wi will be responsible for creating and executing the planned marketing campaigns across channels. The Candidate will also be involved in managing the company’s social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Twitter, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

Primary Skills:

•Creation and support of appropriate sales and marketing collaterals
•Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
•Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
•Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (properties include linkedin, twitter, website, client newsletters, corporate blog etc).
•Manage SEO team (combination of in-house and outsourced) to manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions.
•Should have worked across channels such as email, social networks, events and conferences

•Ability to manage teams
•Ability to driving various communication initiatives
•Provide competitive intelligence
•Comfortable with change, able to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Skills: Marketing, Social Media Campaigns
Desired Candidate Profile: •Prior Experience in Marketing of IT Services (preferably to the US market)
•Ability to adapt communication style to the targeted audience
•Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills a must
•Experience working with multiple products and services
•Confident and polished prospecting skills required
