INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS
Its a B2B collections , with lucrative incentives.
Review accounts and call on delinquent customers.
Receive phone calls to collect / resolve delinquent customer queries.
Shift Window: 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. (US Shift)
Work Location: Gurgaon
Customer Service For Credit Cards
Handle card and banking Queries.
Provide Support in inbound call center.
Shift Window: 3 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Australian Shifts)
Work Location: Gurgaon
Handle user queries through calls and e-mails related to Internet Explorer, MS-Office, Printer, Network related issues and Operating system.
Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively.
Shift Window: 9 p.m. – 6 a.m. (US Shift)
Work Location: Noida
DOMESTIC VOICE PROCESS
Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to electronic products and provide solution for the same.
It is an inbound support for electronic products.
Shift window: 6 a.m. – 12 p.m ( Day Shift )
Work Location: Cyber City, Gurgaon
