Job Description

We are looking for Application Support Engineers with experience in providing Technical/Application support. The incumbent will provide level 1 support and responsible for managing customer queries / Technical Support and complaints via tickets, emails and chats in timely and professional manner.

Primary Skills:
1. Serves as a single point of contact for Customers complaints, queries, request etc.
2. Ensure that all tickets and mails are handled as per the defined KPIs and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
3. Should be comfortable to work in 24*7 environment and with flexible shifts.
4. Any Graduate with technical/Application support experience and trained & experienced with ITIL processes.
5. Should have experience of managing different types of ticketing tools.
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication.
7. Ability to learn, be resourceful, bears professional attitude and is methodical.

Secondary Skills:
1. Escalate all serious Customer issues to appropriate levels of management and aim to resolve issues in first time Customer interaction.
2. Experience in handling / escalating cases appropriately to LEVEL 2.
3. Need to be soft spoken, work oriented, conscientious and hard working.
4. Be friendly, reliable, positive and acts appropriately and proactively.
5. Ability to anticipate customers needs, show concern and be a good listener.
6. Ensures 100% logging of all queries and complaints of the customers.
7. Constantly strives to improve speed of answer to improve efficiency. Ensures all relevant process and procedures are followed.
