Job Title: Analytics- HR(Recruitment)
Job Description: Incedo is looking for a candidate experience in MIS/Analytics specific focus on creating Recruitment Metrics Framework for better control & decision making.

Primary Skills:

•Create Recruitment Metrics Framework for better control & decision making
•Maintain Online Recruitment System & create dashboards for Leadership & Line Managers
•Analyse trends and advise on allocation improvisation & process improvements
•Ensure compliance on recruitment norms as per defined processes
•Track hiring numbers and flag off deviation from TAT in advance
•Monthly reporting to HR Head & Talent Acquisition leads

Secondary Skills:

•MS Access & VBA skills preferred

Key Skills: MIS/Analytics
Desired Candidate Profile: •High analytical ability
•Should be an expert in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
•Should be able to create reactive, proactive & predictive analysis
•Should be able to manage & front-end the function with all stakeholders
