Designation: Customer Care Executive
Job Role : Inbound & Outbound Voice Process and Blended Process.
Receiving calls of customers & solving their queries as well as by calling and emailing the customers and promote the product.
Candidates are required to be energetic, patient and alert while speaking to customers over phone.
Job Location: Gurgaon
SALARY: CTC 15k-26(as per experience and communication)
Eligibility Criteria :-
* Minimum -any graduate
* 6 months any Experience
* Between 18 – 35 years of age
* Flexible with Rotational shifts
* BE/B.techs with relevant experience are eligible
