Age Limit :-

Educational Qualification:

Trained Graduate Teacher:-

i) B.A/B.Sc/B.Com with at least 50% of marks from a University recognized by the UGC .

(In case of SC / ST /BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) AND

Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course with the subject concerned as a methodology subject from any institution recognized by the NCTE . OR

ii) 4 years B.A.B.Ed / B.Sc.B.Ed, with atleast 50% marks with the subject concerned as a Methodology from any institution recognized by the NCTE. (In case of SC / ST /BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%) OR

iii) Graduation with Language concerned as one of the Optional subjects (OR) Bachelor of Oriental Language (or its equivalent) (OR) Graduation in Literature (OR) Post Graduation in Language concerned from a University recognized by the UGC with at least 50% AND Language Pandit Training Certificate / B.Ed. with Language concerned as one of the Methodologies from any Institution recognized by NCTE, in respect of Language Teachers.

(In case of SC / ST /BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%)AND

Pass in Paper II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/ Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET)

Note: 20% of weightage will be given to TET Paper – II score and 80% weightage to the written test conducted by TREI – RB. In case of APTET, scores obtained before the appointed day i.e, 02 – 06 – 2014 shall only be considered.

Post Graduate Teacher:-

i) A Post Graduate Degree in the subject concerned (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a University recognized by the UGC.

In case of SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45% AND

ii) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or B.A., B.Ed / B.Sc., B.Ed from any institution recognized by NCTE with the subject concerned as a Methodology subject.

Application Fee:

Each applicant must pay Rs.1200/- (Rupees Twelve Hundred Only) towards Application Processing Fee and Examination Fee. However, local applicants of Telangana State belonging to SC, ST, BC and PH have to pay Rs.600/- (Rupees Six Hundred Only) each towards application processing fee and examination fee.

How to Pay Fee:

The applicant should pay the prescribed fee as specified through any of the three modes viz. Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking . Separate instructions have to be followed for each mode of payment.

Total Posts → 831 Posts

Presently, the number of vacancies for the Combined State / Upper Subordinate Services Examination under General Recruitment are about 831 and for physically handicapped Backlog / Special Recruitment number of vacancy is 01 and for the Assistant Conservator of Forest / Range Forest Officer Services Examination the number of vacancies for the post of Assistant conservator of Forest is 16 and for the post of Range Forest Officer the number of vacancies is 76.

Age Limit (As on 01.07.2018):

(i) Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years. Candidates must have not been born earlier than 02 July, 1978 and not later than 01 July, 1997. More Details Are Provided on the Advertisement.

(ii) Relaxation in Upper Age Limit: (a) Upper age limit shall be greater by five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes of U.P., Scheduled Tribes of U.P., Other Backward Classes of U.P., Skilled players of classified Games and State Govt. employees of U.P. i.e. they must have not been born before 2nd July 1970. (only domiciled persons in U.P. are entitled for such age relaxation) (b) Upper age limit shall be greater by fifteen years for physically handicapped persons of U.P., if identified posts are available. (c) Upper age limit shall also be greater by five years in Group ‘B’ posts for the Emergency Commissioned Officers / Short Service Commissioned Officers/ Ex-Army Personnels of U.P. who have rendered at least five years service in Army, but there shall be no reservation for Group ‘B’ posts. In case of availability of Group ‘C’ posts in the Examination, the age relaxation and reservation shall be given according to Rule. No relaxation is admissible in upper age limit for D.F.F. Candidates.

After filling in the Candidates ‘Registration’ format of the On-line application, the candidate shall procure the print-out of the E-challan in duplicate. The E-Challan will be used to deposit the fee in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank by the candidate according to his category. The fee will not be allowed to be deposited by any other mode except E-Challan. The above fee, for Preliminary Examination according to the category, is as under:-

(a) “Applications will be accepted only when fee is deposited in the Bank up to prescribed last date for fee deposition. If the fee is deposited in bank after the last date prescribed for fee deposition, the on-line application of the candidate will not be accepted and the fee deposited in the bank will not be refunded in any condition. It will be responsibility ot the candidates to deposit fee in the bank up to last date prescribed for fee deposition and ‘submit’ the application up to last date prescribed for submission of applications. It is also informed that less or more amount deposited in the form of examination fee shall not be refunded in any condition.”

(b) In Online Application System, the candidates have to provide their Mobile No. in prescribed column failing which their Basic Registration shall not be completed. All relevant information’s / instructions / OTP (One time password) shall be sent through sms on that mobile.

Know India Post :

The Department of Posts, trading as India Post, is a government-operated postal system in India; it is generally referred to within India as “the post office”. The postal service is under the Department of Posts, which is part of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Government of India. The apex body of the department is the Postal Service Board, consisting of a chair and six members. The six board members govern personnel, operations, technology, postal life insurance, human-resource development (HRD) and planning. The joint secretary and financial adviser is also a permanent invitee.

India has been divided into 22 postal circles, each circle headed by a chief postmaster general. Each circle is divided into regions, headed by a postmaster general and comprising field units known as divisions (headed by SSPOs and SPOs). These divisions are further divided into subdivisions, headed by ASPs and IPOs. Other functional units (such as circle stamp depots, postal store depots and mail motor service) may exist in the circles and regions. In addition to the 22 circles, there is a base circle to provide postal services to the Armed Forces of India. The base circle is headed by a Director General, Army Postal Service (with a rank of major general).

The High Court of Gujarat invites ‘On-line Applications’, from the eligible candidates, for filling up a Total 767 vacancies, on the establishment of the Subordinate Courts in the State of Gujarat, by (Direct Recruitment) way of Competitive Examinations to the Post of Assistant.

Age Limit : (As on 14/07/2018, Last Date for submitting the Online Application)

A Candidate applying for the post shall n ot be less than 21 years and not more than 35 years of age,  i.e. the Last Date for submitting the Online Application.

Pay Scale:

Pay Matrix of Rs 19,900-63,200/-

Educational Qualification :

(a) Bachelor’s Degree obtained from any of the Universities or Institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India;
or
any other educational Institution recognized as such or declared as deemed University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
(b) Typing Speed of 5000 Key depression on computer in English and/or Gujarati.
(c) Basic knowledge of Computer Operation is essential as per Government Resolution No. CRR 10-2007-120320-G.5 dated 13/08/2008.
(d) Sufficient knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi.

Application Fee :

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Socially & Educationally Backward Classes, Differently Abled Persons [PH – only Orthographically disabled] and Ex-Servicemen shall be required to pay Fees of Rs 300/- plus the usual Bank Charges and all other candidates shall be required to pay Fees of Rs 600/- plus the usual Bank Charges.

Candidates Can Pay via “Print Application/Pay Fee” Button through SBI e-Pay, provided on the webpage of HC-OJAS Portal https://hc-ojas.guj.nic.in.
